Whilst visiting Fishguard a few years ago I saw the public monument to Bill Garnon.Reading your latest tribute it lead me to consider if he is unique in having a public monument or are there others for top class wrestlers

You beat me to it wryton.Danno was World Champ when he was managed by Paul Bowser in the USA.

Although I suspect it was more for his boxing than wrestling achievments there is a statue of Randoph Turpin in Warwick.
